Alexandra Clundt
Dietary Technician
As the dietetic technician and milieu support counselor, Alexandra works to ensure that clients receive the proper nutritional care prescribed by their dietitian in addition to providing supervision to their daily activities. Alexandra graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in California with a bachelor of science in applied nutrition. In addition to food service experience, Alexandra has worked in a variety of clinical settings while interning for dietitians and was also a peer counselor at her school. In the future Alexandra plans to continue her education and become a registered dietitian.
