Katie is a certified nutritionist and mental health counselor who earned a dual master's degree in nutrition and clinical health psychology from Bastyr University. Before moving to Seattle, Katie spent three years as a community nutritionist for the Quinault Indian Nation, focusing on diabetes prevention. Katie provides a supportive, educational and collaborative environment that guides clients in developing optimal health and well being. She believes nutrition is foundational in integrating body, mind and spirit.
